January 2015 Prayer Calendar !!

1 – Thank God for new beginnings and the ability to be able to serve Him again this year
2 – Pray for spiritual renewal for the youth group this weekend, as we are having a retreat in Jarabacoa
3 – Praise God for the time spent with families over the Holidays and for the freedom that we have to worship God openly
4 – Thank the Lord for blessing Lenae and Isaias’ first year of marriage and pray that they will always keep Him in the center of their relationship
5 – Pray for the teachers and students at the GO Kids school as classes start back up this week

6 – Pray for Iyona, our first intern to come down and serve with GO Ministries this year, that her time of service will be fruitful and fulfilling

7 – Pray for our staff to have safe flights as they are traveling back to the Dominican Republic

8 – Thank God that our GO Sports was in the national news highlighting the work of the sports ministry and the impact that it is having  
9 – Pray for the team from Momentum this week, as they do construction and children’s ministry in The Hole and La Mosca

10 – Pray for the Cristo Urbano concert tonight at a church in Las Colinas, that the message of the Gospel is spread through their music
11 – Pray for Gregorio Thomas and his family as they minister  to the community in Sabaneta de Yasica
12 – Pray for Isaias, as he is preparing the material for his youth ministry class for the Seminary of Americas
13 – Praise God for the amazing local leaders that partner with GO and thank Him for their hard work and service
14 – Praise the Lord that American Airlines has changed their flight times, to make it more convenient for our teams to travel to the island
15 –  Continue to lift up our future staff as they are raising funds to be able to move and begin their time of service on the field
16 – Give thanks for all that God has done in the lives of everyone that has been touched by the work that He is doing through GO Ministries
17 – Pray for the young women in Hato del Yaque, as our staff and the church seek to protect them from the lifestyle of sex and drugs in the community
18 –  Pray for Luis Pichardo, as he preaches in Buenos Aires today and that the church will grow in their love and understanding of God

19 – Praise the Lord for the work of the coaches in our basketball academy for instilling the importance of memorizing the Word of God in their players
20 – Pray for the guest speakers coming to the Dominican to teach at our Seminary, that their time with the students will be encouraging and inspiring
21 – Thank God for the opportunity to partner with secular universities to further the work that He is doing in the Dominican Republic
22 – Pray for the medical staff, as they teach and train our local leaders on health issues to impact their communities

23 – Pray for partnership opportunities between the Faith Fellowship team and our local leaders, as they come to serve for their first time
24 – Pray for Isaias, as he performs his first wedding today for our dear friends and beloved staff, Kathy and Fernando
25 – Pray for Preacher Francisco Feliz, as he shares God’s love and grace to the impoverished community of Batey Cuchilla
26 – Pray for Cristo Urbano, as they are flying to Colombia to partner with other Christian artists in another Spanish speaking country
27 –  Praise God for how He provided the funds to cover the medical costs of our basketball coach, Eddy, from his surgery last year

28 – Continue to pray for the Leadership Development Complex, as plans are developed and approval is sought from the government
29 - Pray for our team coordinators, as we seek to know God and each other better through our weekly Bible study  
30 – Thank God that the baseball academy team is participating in a tournament in the capital every weekend and representing GO Sports with integrity and competitiveness
31- Pray for the success of the numerous Kingdom Business ventures, so  that the profits would continue to fund the work of the ministry
